We’re located in Tel-Aviv (currently from home), full-time, temporary position (3 months) with the option to extend. Immediate availability.

 

Key responsibilities:
  • Be the voice of our customers and communicate their needs and wants with the company’s relevant departments.
  • Communicate with different target audiences (Parents, Teachers) through various channels including emails and social media.
  • Be a TinyTap expert so you can communicate our product well to our customers.
  • Work side-by-side with Marketing, Content, Product, Dev, QA. etc
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
  • Native English – MUST, additional languages are an advantage
  • At least 1-year experience in start-up customer support (Preferably B2C)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate for people and “solving challenges”
  • Independent and with a can-do attitude and tech-savvy
