How do I cancel my free trial?

iTunes Subscribers

You can update and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID at any time.

  1. On your device, open Settings
  2. Scroll down to iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID that is in blue at the top of the screen
  4. In the prompt window, tap “View Apple ID”
  5. Enter password/Touch ID
  6. Scroll down to subscriptions and select the TinyTap option
  7. Select new subscription OR scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel (in red)

 

Google Play Subscribers

You can update and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account at any time.

 

Website Subscribers

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the grey “cancel plan” hyperlink under your current plan.

 

I purchased my subscription through iTunes and want a refund

If you purchased a TinyTap Premium subscription via iTunes, you will need to contact them directly in order to get a refund.
You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly.

How can I turn off auto-renewal or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your TinyTap Premium subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription expires.

App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

If you wish to cancel when your current subscription ends, all you need to do is manage your auto-renew option through the iTunes account settings on your iPhone or iPad.

Play Store Subscriptions (Android)

You can update and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account at any time.

Web Subscriptions (directly through the TinyTap website)

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the grey “cancel plan” hyperlink under your current plan.

How to check if there is a subscription on my iTunes account?

Go to your iTunes settings and tap “Subscriptions.” If you do not see TinyTap listed, you are using the free version of TinyTap and have not activated a subscription trial.

How do I contact technical support?

Make sure you’ve downloaded the most recent version of TinyTap and have updated your OS. Write to help@tinytap.it with the following information:

  • What device are you using?
  • What error message do you see?

Please send a screenshot or screen recording

What are TinyTap’s subscription terms?
  • Payment will be charged to iTunes, Google Play, or credit card accounts at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
  • The user may manage subscriptions & may turn off auto-renewal by going to Account Settings after purchase
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to TinyTap
